Chequia acaba de convocar, con fecha del 30-1-2025, el III Campeonato Abierto de Croquet GC, que se celebrará del 21 al 23 de agosto próximo en el Club Croqet Dynamo de Telc, situado próximo a Praga, en la República Checa y que cuenta con cuatro campos reglamentarios recientemente construidos. El texto de la convocatoria recibida al respecto en el día de ayer establece lo siguiente:
3rd Czech Open GC Tournament
21st August – 23rd August 2025
The 3rd Czech Open GC Tournament is organised by the Czech-Moravian Croquet Association (www.kroket.org). It will take place at the Croquet Club Dynamo Telč, with four full size lawns. (49.1898986N, 15.4464553E)
• Participation is limited to a maximum of 32 players
• 4 blocks of 8, following by a knock-out stage, Plate, Bowl and Shield.
• Double banking, apart form finals
• Dawson balls
• 93 mm pitch
• Rules: 6th edition of the Laws of Golf Croquet

Fees and prices per player
• Entry fee – 70 EUR
• Price of drinks/meals – non alcoholic drinks include price. Price list for alcoholic drinks and for meals will be announced week before tournament

Time schedule can be modified according to circumstances
Allocation
• Czech reserves 11 places for players.
• Foreign players - first come, first served.
• Czech players - according to WCF GC individual rankings
• One place reserved for Czech U21
Accomodation
We offer you to take accomodation on place in our guest house, 10€/per night/per bed. 1 double room 20€/per night. Or we can help you to make reservation in Hotel, Pension. In case of request, please contact Václav.
